Shipping Policy
Our Shipping & Returns page explains everything you need to know about our policies
- Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 within the USA.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $18 to Canada (no tracking)
- Rush Shipping: As a small business we are currently unable to offer next day or expedited delivery services. If you require something urgently, please get in touch and we’ll do what we can to help.
All Orders ship via USPS. Expect delivery between 1 to 2 weeks after placing order.
When Do We Ship?
We ship several days a week, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order prior to shipping. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted to notify you of the delay along with an approximate ship time.
Taxes & Duties for Canadian Customers
Please note that you may be charged duties and/or taxes for your order as it is coming from outside the country where you reside. Duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise what duties and/or taxes may be applicable. Please check with your local authorities if you are unsure.
Shipping Surcharge for Heavy Orders
If your order is unusually heavy additional shipping fees may be incurred. We’ll always contact you first if this is the case.
Lost/Damaged Packages
Lost packages will be dealt with on an individual basis. We’ll either send a replacement or offer you a credit depending on our service provider’s policies regarding shipping. It may take up to 60 days to issue a refund depending on circumstances.
