Our Shipping & Returns page explains everything you need to know about our policies. *Please note that due to the pandemic that deliveries may be delayed.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 within Canada and to the USA and over $250 to select destinations internationally. Free shipping is trackable within Canada & Global, but not the USA. If you require tracking for USA shipments, consider adding it for $5.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $10 within Canada and the USA. This is trackable within Canada, but not the USA. If you require tracking for USA shipments, consider adding it for an additional $5.
- Local Pick-up: If you live in the Lower Mainland of BC and would like to pick your order up, please select this option. Orders may be picked up at Pure Pharmacy, 3750 Oak Street, Vancouver, BC, during their business hours. Please wait for a confirmation email prior to picking up.
- Rush Shipping: As a small business we are currently unable to offer next day or expedited delivery services. If you require something urgently, please get in touch and we’ll do what we can to help.
All orders are shipping via Canada Post. Depending on the final destination, shipping takes between 2 business days and up to 3 weeks.
When Do We Ship?
We ship several days a week, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order prior to shipping. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted to notify you of the delay along with an approximate ship time.
Taxes & Duties for US & International Customers
Please note that you may be charged duties and/or taxes for your order as it is coming from outside the country where you reside. Duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise what duties and/or taxes may be applicable. Please check with your local authorities if you are unsure.
Shipping Surcharge for Heavy Orders
If your order is unusually heavy additional shipping fees may be incurred. We’ll always contact you first if this is the case.
Lost packages will be dealt with on an individual basis. We’ll either send a replacement or offer you a credit depending on our service provider’s policies regarding shipping. It may take up to 60 days to issue a refund depending on circumstances.
Return Policy – Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a full 100% refund up to 30 days after receipt of your package. Simply get in touch with us to start the process. Please note that we will not accept returns without prior authorization.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at 1-866-876-3649 to request a return authorization within 30 days of the receipt of your original order. Allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it was due to our error. If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake or if you receive a damaged item, we will reship the correct item to you at our cost. We will also pay the cost for you to ship the incorrect item back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return or credit.
