  • Free Shipping is available on orders over $75 withing Canada and to the USA and over $250 to select destinations internationally. Shipping options are displayed at checkout.*
  • Please note that we are unable to offer next day or expedited delivery services. If you require something urgently, please get in touch and we’ll see if there is any way we can help.
  • Depending on the service chosen and the final destination, shipping can take between 2 business days up to 3 weeks.

*Surcharges may apply to free shipping for heavy items. Taxes do not count towards order total and some exceptions apply.

When Do We Ship?

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order prior to shipping. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted to notify you of the delay along with an approximate ship time.

Taxes and Duties For US and International Customers

Please note that you may be charged duties and/or taxes for your order as it is coming from outside the country where you reside. Duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise what duties and/or taxes may be applicable. Please check with your local authorities if you are unsure.

Shipping Surcharge For Heavy Orders

If your order is unusually heavy additional shipping fees may be incurred. We’ll always contact you first if this is the case.

Lost/Damaged Packages

Lost packages will be dealt with on an individual basis. We’ll either send a replacement or offer you a credit depending on our service provider’s policies regarding shipping. It may take up to 60 days to issue a refund depending on circumstances.

Return Policy – Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a full 100% refund up to 30 days after receipt of your package! Simply get in touch with us to start the process. Please note that we will not accept returns without prior authorization.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it was due to our error. If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake or if you receive a damaged item, we will reship the correct item to you at our cost. We will also pay the cost for you to ship the incorrect item back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, or credit.
