Shipping costs vary depending on a number of factors including:
- What you order
- The value of your order
- The weight of your order (heavy items may incur a surcharge)
- Final destination.

Please note that we are unable to offer next day delivery. If you require your order in a hurry, please call us to see if there is anything we can do to expedite its delivery.
Depending on the service chosen and the final destination, shipping can take between 2 business days up to 3 weeks.
*Surcharges may apply to free shipping for heavy items. Taxes do not count towards order total and some exceptions apply.
When Do We Ship?
Our facility ships Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order prior to shipping it. For example, an order placed on Monday by noon Pacific Time, may ship anywhere between Monday to Thursday. An order placed on Friday by noon Pacific Time, may ship anywhere between Friday afternoon and the following Wednesday.
While 90% of our orders ship the same or next business day, busy times may prevent this from occurring. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted to notify you of the delay along with an approximate ship time.
Taxes and Duties For US and International Customers
Please note that you may be charged duties and/or taxes for your order as it is coming from outside the country where you reside. Duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise what duties and/or taxes may be applicable. Please check with your local authorities if you are unsure.
Shipping Surcharge For Heavy Orders
If your order is unusually heavy (generally weighing more than 1kg/2.2lbs) additional shipping fees may be incurred. We will always contact you prior to shipping if this is the case.
Lost packages will be dealt with on an individual basis. We will either send a replacement or offer you a credit depending on our service provider’s policies regarding shipping. It may take up to 60 days to issue a refund depending on circumstances.
We are happy to accept the return of unused and unopened packages in their original condition/packaging up to 30 days after receipt. Opened and used products cannot be accepted for return – no exceptions.
Regrets, but we are not able to refund shipping charges unless the error was ours.
Please note that we will not accept returns without prior authorization.
Please follow the steps below to ensure that your return is handled promptly:
- If you would like to return an unopened item in its original condition/packaging, please email us or phone us toll free at 1-866-876-3649 to request a return authorization within 30 days of the receipt of your original order. We are not able to refund items that have been opened or used and are not in their original condition or packaging.
- We will issue you a return authorization and provide instructions on how to send your shipment back. You cannot return products back via a courier or expedited service as we will refuse delivery.
- Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from Apothekari.com.
- Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it was due to our error. If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake or if you receive a damaged item, we will reship the correct item to you at our cost. We will also pay the cost for you to ship the incorrect item back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, or credit.
