Many of us have heard that the more you wash your Many of us have heard that the more you wash your face, the better—but, this isn’t always the case.

For most of us, a once daily face wash is enough. Nightly cleansing helps to remove dirt and make-up that accumulates on your skin during the day, as well as get rid of oil build-up.

Whether or not to wash your face in the morning comes down to skin type and preference. If your skin isn’t feeling dry or oily, keep doing what works for you!

Washing your face much more than once or twice a day, however, can be too much for your skin. Over washing removes skin’s protective oils and can lead to dryness, irritation or breakouts. Remember to pay attention to this, and cut back on washing if this seems to be the case.

Organic vs non-organic skincare—is one better th Organic vs non-organic skincare—is one better than the other?

Although there is so much information out there on skincare, and the types that are better for your skin, we are busting the myth that organic skincare is better.

Just because an ingredient is organic, doesn’t mean it’s good for your skin. There’s very little evidence to support the claims that organic skincare is better, so it’s important you do your research.

Instead of looking at organic vs non-organic, look into the ingredients and companies you’re buying from to determine which skincare is best for you, and your skin!

When it comes to your skin, don’t buy into hype, When it comes to your skin, don’t buy into hype, trendy products or miraculous ingredients.

The key to having great skin is to find products that are a good match for your skin’s needs and type and to use them consistently.

It takes between 4 to 8 weeks for skin care products to make a difference to your skin. Stick to a consistent routine and you will get results.

1. Cleanse every day to remove dirt and make up and to allow any treatments to penetrate better.
2. Wear sunscreen every day to protect against damaging UV rays.
3. Layer on an antioxidant serum like our Glow Getter to help boost your sunscreen protection and fight against free radicals.
4. Add in a retinoid to help boost elastin and collagen production, which diminishes the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Our Advanced+ Renewal Serum is made with super gentle yet still highly effective retinaldehyde.
5. And don’t forget to use a deodorant. Our new natural deodorant sprays are made with a triple order protection formula, ensuring that everyone will be happy to spend time with you. 😃

Morning Bliss Natural Deodorant Spray
Becca V (Brantford, CA)
Amazing odour protection

This deodorant is great, it works when most retail options don't. As mentioned in previous reviews, the scent is strong at first but if you apply under your garment you'll be fine! Still a beautiful scent. just don't strongly inhale when applying.

Wonderful!

I’ve been using this retinol product and vitamin C for around two years now and love them both. My skin looks great and I hardly feel the need to wear makeup to cover anything. It’s also good to support a local business. I have emailed Sharmani with questions and she always gets back to me with an answer. Customer service overall is fantastic.
